Jay Goldberg is responsible for Cobaltix overall growth and operations. He leads the management team, provides staff oversight, focuses on employee satisfaction, professional development, and company training.

During his 25 years of consulting, Jay has been acting CIO for many clients, providing technical and business expertise. His input has included annual fiscal planning, growth strategies, future technology development, and assisting clients with mergers and acquistions.

Before joining Cobaltix, Jay was the Director of Partner Services for a nationwide consulting firm. Jay developed a national small business assessment program for Dell Computers and managed the operations of that program throughout 22 offices in 18 major markets throughout the U.S.. Jay also served on the Microsoft Advisory Board from 2009-2010 advising them on product development for the SMB sector which resulted in the release of Microsoft 2012 Foundation Server.

Jay's experience not only includes technology and business consulting, but also brings to Cobaltix 13 years of law enforcement and investigative experience. Jay is also a U.S. Patent holder. He holds a private pilot license, is a certified master diver, and in all his spare time is a photographer specializing in wildlife and military aviation photography.

Jay holds a Bachelor's of Science degree in Criminal Justice Management from California State University Sacramento and also holds a Juris Doctor Degree from Empire College of Law.
